This was totally worth the $40 I spent. It’s easy to apply and has amazing fresh lemon scent. What used to be a dull and gross looking table is now shiny and full of life table.

Do you see that??? My husband was so made and has said for years that our front doors are ruined from the dogs. I was so determined to prove him wrong and find a way to fix them!! Okay, so after wiping down the doors with a wood cleaner, I used the buffing cloth to coat them with the furniture salve and voila!! I saved us thousands of dollars!!! No new doors needed!! The scratches have disappeared and the dogs get to stay!!

This was my first time ordering from Snauff and I am genuinely impressed. The packaging looks elegant and well thought out, and the salve itself feels high quality from the moment you open the lid. I tried it right away on an old wooden sideboard and the difference was immediate. The surface looks nourished and smooth again without being oily. For a first order, this exceeded expectations and I can see why people keep coming back.

I have little kids who eat on our older leather chairs and they feed the dogs at the same time, so the chairs have all kinds of mess and surface damage. Grease marks, dried oatmeal, little scratches, you name it. I tried cleaning before and it often made the leather look worse.

I used Snauff Furniture Salve together with the Snauff cleaning kit as prep, and the results were excellent. I first cleaned the surface with the kit, let it dry fully, and then applied a light layer of the salve with a buffing cloth. On leather I worked in small circles with light pressure. On wood I followed the grain and buffed to a natural glow.

The scratches and dull spots blended in, sticky marks lifted, and the finish looked rich again without a strong chemical smell. A little product went a long way, so one jar was more than enough for multiple pieces. For tougher scuffs, customer service suggested using 00 fine steel wool very gently with the salve, and that tip helped a lot on deeper marks.

I am very happy with how easy this routine is. Clean, apply, buff, and you are done. If you want a simple way to refresh tired leather and wood without a full refinish, this worked beautifully.

This stuff is golden salve for leather, especially well-loved, well-used leather that needs conditioning. Our dining chairs had to be in storage for 6 months and the humidity was very low, resulting in very light-colored, worn-out looking leather. This product brought it back to life. Recommend using latex gloves and applying directly with your hands so you can rub it in. Using a cloth just soaks it up and wastes it. I applied on 6 chairs and rubbed in about three coats because the leather kept soaking it up. This lasts forever also. We still had some left from last year that we finished up prior to using the new batch. We used about 8.7oz total on 6 chairs that started out very dry and sad and now look completely refinished. Waiting to wipe off excess in the morning, but we know from past experience that there won’t be much to wipe off because the leather soaks it up and looks even better the next day. Excellent product!!
