How we help

Our preferred resolutions are swift exchanges, store credit or a refund
Just email hello@snauff.com with your order number, a brief note (so we can keep improving), and clear photos of the issue (please include the outer packaging and shipping label for any transit-related concerns). We’ll confirm next steps promptly.

Timing

  • For delivery or packing concerns, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
  • For all other requests, reach out within 30 days of delivery.

    For items that can't be resold once opened, eligibility for a refund requires that they remain sealed and unused. Refunds are issued after the items is received and reviewed at our facility.

Product care & craftsmanship

Many of our pieces are produced in small batches with close attention to detail. Our care collection is hand-poured using natural ingredients. As with thoughtfully crafted goods, subtle variations in shade, finish, scent, or texture can occur from one production run to the next nuances that contribute to the character our customers choose us for.

For multi-unit projects, we recommend ordering the full quantity in one order, with a small allowance for cuts and waste. If you’re matching a previous purchase, share your prior order number and we’ll do our best to align production lots when available.

Eligibility & condition

To keep the experience fair and consistent:

  • Items should be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging and inserts to qualify.
  • For safety and hygiene, items that cannot be resold once opened must remain sealed.
  • Installed, cut, used, opened, or partial quantities aren’t eligible.
  • Natural shade/finish nuance between production batches and minor color differences between screens and real-life are part of small-batch craftsmanship and are not considered faults; these cases aren’t eligible for returns, exchanges, store credit, or refunds.
  • Please wait for our return authorisation, unauthorised returns may be declined.

Final Sale and Discounted Items

All final sale and discounted items are clearly marked on the product page and at checkout.
Such purchases are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and not eligible for cancellation once the order is placed.
This is stated transparently across our product listings, checkout process, and policy page to ensure full customer awareness prior to purchase.

What we typically resolve

  • A variant or style that doesn’t match the order details.
  • Packaging or transit issues affecting the item upon arrival.
  • A verified manufacturing concern following our review.

In each case, we’ll provide a quick exchange, store credit, or a refund.

Return shipping & processing

  • When we arrange an exchange or accept a return, we’ll share clear packing instructions to keep items safe in transit.
  • If we’ve made an error or a shipment was affected during delivery, we’ll take care of replacement shipping.
  • In other approved cases, return shipping may apply.
  • Once received and reviewed, we’ll issue your store credit (no expiry) or dispatch your exchange. Most cases complete within 5–10 business days of receipt.

Refunds

Our standard resolution is exchange or store credit. We also offer refunds for products that meet our returns guidelines (for example, sealed, unused goods that can be returned to sellable condition) or where a refund to the original payment method is required by local law for your region. Approved refunds are processed after receipt and review.

Regional Legal Notice (EU/EEA)

For orders delivered within the EU/EEA, customers may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for unused goods in original packaging. Normal handling to inspect an item is fine; installation or use can affect eligibility. Unless we’re at fault, return postage may apply. This policy does not limit any rights you have under local law.
