At Snauff, every parcel is prepared with care and sent on its way quickly. Below you’ll find clear timelines, how tracking works, and how we help if you need a hand.
Processing & Dispatch
- Processing time: Orders are typically packed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days.
- Weekend/holiday timing: Orders placed late Friday–Sunday or on holidays may dispatch within 3 business days.
- You’ll receive an order confirmation email, followed by a tracking email once your parcel is moving.
Delivery Timeframes
- Standard delivery: Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days from dispatch.
- Timeframes are estimates and may vary by destination, carrier capacity, weather, or customs procedures.

Tracking
- Tracking on every order. Your link will activate once the carrier scans the parcel.
- If your tracking hasn’t updated for several days, contact us and we’ll escalate with the carrier.
Shipping Costs & Methods
- Shipping options and costs (if any) are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
- We ship with trusted carriers and may use multiple parcels for larger orders to keep deliveries smooth.
Address Accuracy
- Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you spot an error, reach out right away, once a parcel is in transit, mid-route changes may not be possible.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)
- Orders shipping outside your country may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or handling fees set by local authorities. These are paid by the recipient and are not collected by Snauff.
- Customs processing can affect delivery timing. Your tracking page will usually note if the parcel is awaiting clearance.
Delivery Issues (We’re Here To Help)
- Delayed scans or stalled tracking: Email hello@snauff.com with your order number and we’ll check directly with the carrier.
- Damaged in transit or missing items: Contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the parcel (outer box, shipping label, and contents). We’ll review and arrange a swift resolution in line with our returns guidelines.
- Lost shipments: If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, we’ll assist with a replacement or store credit according to our returns guidelines.
Pre-Order & Back-Order Items (If Shown)
- If an item is marked pre-order or back-order, the estimated ship window will be noted on the product page and/or in your confirmation email. Your order will dispatch as soon as stock arrives.
